Terms of Service

ProbaCore (“we”, “us”) provides a software-as-a-service platform for landscaping operators to quote work, dispatch crews, invoice customers, and accept payments. The service is delivered over the public internet and is offered as-is, on the plan you select at sign-up.

You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and for the activity of every team member you invite into your workspace. You agree to provide accurate information at sign-up and to keep your billing details current.

Each plan includes a maximum number of active team members (“seats”) — see the pricing section on the ProbaCore home page for the current limits. You may not exceed this seat cap; the platform will enforce it on invite and redemption.

Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. You may cancel at any time from Settings → Billing; the subscription will remain active through the end of the paid period. Unpaid invoices may result in your workspace being locked until payment is received.

ProbaCore does not provide free trials. All listed plans are paid plans.

You agree not to:

• Use the service to send spam, phishing, or unsolicited bulk messages.
• Attempt to circumvent the seat cap or other plan limits.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or copy any portion of the service.
• Upload content that infringes intellectual property or violates law.

We may suspend or terminate workspaces that violate this policy, with notice where reasonably practicable.

You retain ownership of all customer, property, and business data you upload to ProbaCore. You grant us a limited licence to host, display, and process that data solely as needed to operate the service for you.

ProbaCore integrates with Stripe (payments), Mapbox (maps), Twilio (SMS), Resend (email), OpenAI (vision measurement), and others. Your use of those integrations is also subject to the applicable third-party terms.

ProbaCore is provided “as is”. We disclaim all implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability arising from your use of the service is capped at the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You may close your workspace at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for material breach of these terms, for non-payment, or to comply with law. On termination we'll give you 30 days to export your data, after which the workspace is permanently deleted.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
