1. Information we collect
When you create a workspace we collect your name, email address, business name, and billing information. When your dispatchers and crews use the product, we collect data they enter — customer contact details, property addresses, jobs, invoices, payments, and usage logs needed to operate the service.
We also automatically collect device, browser, and connection metadata (IP address, user agent, referrer) for security monitoring and abuse prevention.
2. How we use information
We use information to operate, maintain, and improve ProbaCore; to authenticate users; to process payments via Stripe; to send transactional emails (such as magic-link sign-ins, invoices, and service reminders); and to provide customer support.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use customer data to train third-party AI models.
3. Sharing with subprocessors
We rely on a small set of vetted subprocessors to deliver the service: Supabase (managed Postgres + auth), Stripe (payment processing), Resend (transactional email), Twilio (SMS), Mapbox (mapping & geocoding), OpenAI (vision-based property measurement), Vercel (hosting), and Sentry (error monitoring). Each is contractually bound to handle data on our instructions.
4. Data retention
We retain workspace data for the lifetime of your subscription and for a 30-day grace period after cancellation, after which the workspace is permanently deleted. You can export your data at any time from Settings → Reports.
5. Security
ProbaCore uses Postgres row-level security to keep every workspace's data isolated. Connections to the application are encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and data is encrypted at rest by the underlying providers. Payment card information never touches our servers — it's tokenised by Stripe at point of capture.
6. Your rights
You can request access, correction, or deletion of personal information at any time by emailing privacy@probacore.com. If you're a homeowner using a ProbaCore-powered customer portal, your service provider is the data controller for your information; we'll forward your request to them within five business days.
7. Changes to this policy
We'll update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced by email at least 14 days before taking effect.
